What do you think of our new look Riverford website? Is it easier to place your order?

Looks very nice, only thing i'm having trouble with is moving from the riverford main website to this one. Am I missing something?

There not directly linked but if you go to the cook section of the website there is a link on that page in the cookery events bit. Hope that helps.

It looks nice. I had a few glitches setting the account up but was sorted by the very helpful customer services team. Not sure if its meant to be that way but I can no longer see what is in each box. Would be helpful as I can plan meals with what's coming.

If you sign in your orders should come up on the right hand side and in the right column it states what's in that week's box. :)

Nope, not coming up. I have tried clicking everywhere but can't any info. The odd thing is I am sure before I placed my order and logged in in was showing what was in the boxes but it isn't now. :-(

I just logged out of the account and is now showing what is in each box starting week 21st June but when logged in doesn't show up.

Hi Cheri,
You may be looking at a future box, rather than this week's boxes. If you go back to the main boxes page page you will be able to see this week's contents.

Thank you for all your replys. Patrick that works when logged out but when logged into my account and i go to view whats in the boxes on the boxes page no information comes up. Maybe its not meant to come up as i don't have an order for this week.
