Why don't we introduce ourselves and break the ice?

I am an  unemployed disabled Graduate who lives in Supported Housing that which is subject to malicious cuts, who has a reputation for fine cooking and adhering to the better side of poverty traditions like eating well, looking good etc.
So how's about you lovely people :)

Good idea!
I'm a stay-at-home mum to an almost 2-year old, who's always loved to cook. I grew up around lots of cooking (my mum's a great cook, she was always making stuff at home when I was little and used to teach cookery classes) and I love trying new recipes. I'm a vegetarian and I like baking too.
I am 50 next year and despite being pretty 21st century in most things I have an allergy to social network sites - so this is a breakthrough for me! I have three teenagers, am vegetarian, love baking and am currently working on turning a very sad old pub into a shop and cafe, very early days!

Good for you, Kate!

I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher/tutor and a Pelvic Correction practitioner. I am vegetarian, almost vegan, married and no children. I do not usually bake - too time consuming - but am a keen cook very much oriented to the joyful discipline of daily yoga and meditation, and healthy eating.

Would love to share some recipes with all of you.

HI everyone,

I am not vegetarian but I aim to be a very Veggie Friendly Meat eater. By that I mean I like to run a parallel track of Veggie versions to run alongside Carnivourous recipes if at all possible.

I definitely believe in delicious Vegetarian food that us Meat eaters would  be happy to tuck into.

I love cooking as well and have a reputation for being a good cook. Love Masterchef and Food shows too, within reason. I take food very seriously and enjoy discovering and searching for reliable authoratative and dependable recipes by cooks that are to be trusted, to meet the various needs of my life which is especially low budget.

I like to think that people on low incomes don't have to eat crappy expensive food and that good food is sexy.

I got my cooking skills from my family who are excellent cooks and lovers of food.
